Reflexology is great for all foot related concerns such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, heel pain, foot cramps, recovery from surgery, trauma or repetitive use injuries and aches (plus more!), as well as internal considerations such as improving digestion or sleep, addressing breathing and chest restrictions, sinus and headache type issues as well as areas on the opposite end of Your body such as head, neck, shoulder and hip tensions/discomforts.
