- Herbal recommendation(s) for your concern and why it was chosen
- How to use and dose this herb along with considerations while in use  
- Various methods of dosing natural and raw herbs may include capsules, infusions, tinctures, honey pills, electuaries, oxymels, herbal vinegars or syrups, salves, washes, rinses, creams, oils, lotions and more
- Diet and/or lifestyle recommendations/routines and/or recipes to get you to your goal faster

** This session is meant for Concerns or wellness goals that are more complex, chronic or severe and around 0-7 on your personal pain or discomfort scale; please book Full Herbal Wellness Session option.

For  new(ish) concerns within the last year that are on or off, staying the same and that are around a 0-5 on your personal pain or discomfort scale please book Mini Herbal Wellness Session.

For concerns that are 7+ on your personal pain scale, please see your family physician or local health center.

Reiki & Energy Harmonizing Session

This Ear Seed treatment is great to target aches and pains of the whole body as well as internal medicine concerns such as digestion, sleep regulation, anxiousness, memory, improving energy and clarity, plus more!

Tiny black vaccaria seeds are adhered to the ear with a sticker on points that correspond to organs, glands and parts of the Body.  When pressed or stimulated with pressure, qi and harmony are brought to those areas to reduce and clear stagnation and blockage that may be causing pain, discomfort or unrest. 

Common complaints that may be addressed with Ear Seeds include, neck tension and pain, low back discomfort, stress and anxiousness, hot flashes and body temperature regulation to name a few.
