Cancellation Policy: Sh*take happens! We get it!! Sudden emergencies will be given grace. Beyond that, we ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, our no-show protection will kick in and you will be charged the full cost of the session for that day. This will be billed to your credit card on file which is required for bookings. **As of December 2024, we now require a valid credit card on file for all bookings and for direct insurance submissions**
